Leitsatz
1. Versicherte haben als Regelleistung keinen Anspruch auf stationäre Krankenhausbehandlung mit Methoden, die lediglich das Potential einer erforderlichen Behandlungsalternative bieten (Festhaltung an = BSGE 125, 283 = SozR 4-2500 § 137c Nr 10).
2. Versicherte haben gegen ihre Krankenkasse als Zusatzleistung im Rahmen von Erprobungsrichtlinien Anspruch auf stationäre Krankenhausbehandlung mit Methoden, die lediglich das Potential einer erforderlichen Behandlungsalternative bieten (Festhaltung an = BSGE 125, 262 = SozR 4-2500 § 137e Nr 1).
